Highway 34 Corridor Visioning Study Resumes
We’re excited to share that the Hwy 34 Corridor Visioning Study is starting up again! After temporarily pausing the study to focus on the Hwy 71 Corridor, we’re ready to move forward with renewed energy.
This pause allowed us to:
- Ensure focused participation by addressing overlapping committee and staff commitments during the Hwy 71 study.
- Improve community engagement to ensure residents and stakeholders can actively participate in shaping the future of Hwy 34.
- Align project sequencing to prioritize Hwy 71’s immediate infrastructure needs before shifting attention back to Hwy 34.
We’re looking forward to re-engaging the community and businesses to develop a thoughtful, collaborative vision for the Hwy 34 Corridor.
Thank you for your input, patience, and support as we resume this important work!
