About the project

We are planning construction on Hwy 14 from east of Hwy 56 in Dodge Center to west of County Road 5 / Second Avenue in Byron. The project will improve safety and mobility by:

  • Constructing a reduced conflict intersection (RCI) at Hwy 14 and County Road 9
  • Evaluating right-in/right-out access at Hwy 14 and 260th Avenue
  • Installing a high-tension cable median barrier between Dodge Center and Kasson
  • Resurfacing pavement between Kasson and Byron

We'll complete the concept design in late 2022 and the final design in 2023. We'll begin construction in 2024.
