Project Update: April 2024

This project is led by a coalition that includes representatives of the City of Roseville, Roseville Public Schools and Ramsey County. This Active Transportation Plan is funded through MnDOT’s Active Transportation Program.

The following draft vision and goals will guide the development of Roseville’s Bike Plan:

Vision

A bicycle network that is safe and comfortable for riders of all ages and abilities to use confidently.

Goals

  • All Ages and Abilities: Creates a safe, comfortable and convenient network that prioritizes the most vulnerable roadway users, improving community access and safety
  • Health and Well-being: Encourages a healthy active lifestyle for residents, improving community health outcomes.
  • Transportation Choice: Increases bicycle trips, reducing automobile trips.
