Hwy 2 - Proctor

About the project

We're planning a project on Hwy 2 from just west of Midway Road through Hermantown, Duluth, and Proctor to Boundary Avenue. This project includes 4.8 miles of bituminous mill, overlay, pavement reclamation, ADA improvements through Proctor, and a new signal with safety and intersection improvements at Boundary Avenue. A portion of the project will require a detour.

Once complete, this project will improve pedestrian and vehicle safety, improve road surface, and reduce maintenance costs.
