The GMTP will develop clear metrics for evaluating policy implementation, with MnDOT's Office of Transit and Active Transportation collaborating with various stakeholders to shape the future of transit in Greater Minnesota. The plan builds on previous related plans to create comprehensive transit strategies and recommendations.
