NEVI Request for Proposal Opens December 11, 2023

MnDOT released the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the first round of investment from the NEVI Formula Program on December 11, 2023. The RFP will be posted on https://www.dot.state.mn.us/nevi.

The deadline for proposals is Noon, February 9, 2024.

A recorded informational presentation will be available on December 18, 2023. MnDOT will accept questions from applicants between December 11, 2023 – January 10, 2024 and will post answers to the questions on January 24, 2024. An email address will be provided for applicants to submit questions. MnDOT staff contacted outside of this process will not be able to answer questions about the RFP.
