Cannon Falls Active Transportation Survey

MnDOT is collaborating with the City of Cannon Falls to make the city a better place to walk, bike, and roll. Cannon Falls wants to remove the barriers that people face when choosing to walk or bike in the community. Making it easier to walk and bike in Cannon Falls can improve community health, culture, and social relationships.

To the extent information submitted in connection with this survey identifies an individual or business, the information may be protected from disclosure under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA). Any identifying information you provide will not be associated with your individual survey responses. However, any identifying information will be accessible to MnDOT employees whose job reasonably requires access to the information, to anyone you specifically authorize to receive the information, pursuant to a court order, and by any other person or entity authorized by state or federal law. You are not obligated to respond to this survey, and there are no consequences if you do not respond. However, if you do not respond, MnDOT may not fully understand the public’s experience with this project.

As part of the planning process for enhancing our current active transportation network in Marshall, we are asking for feedback from the community through Engagement events. In order to understand who is participating in this survey/meeting, we are collecting demographic information to identify who we’re hearing from. Providing data is optional, however, by answering you will be helping MnDOT understand the needs and preferences of the diverse communities that MnDOT serves. Your responses will be compiled in aggregate and will not be associated with you, personally.
