In-person public meeting Sept. 12, 2023

We are hosting an in-person public meeting for community members, landowners and stakeholders to learn about the project, provide feedback and review construction information. There will not be a formal presentation. Attendees are welcome to visit anytime from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to learn more.

Upcoming public meetings

Winter 2023: Virtual public meeting

• A second public open house will be held virtually and feature information about the project including the following:
  • Project overview and goals
  • Traffic and safety data
  • Project background
  • Project benefits
  • Right-of-way information
  • Preliminary layout
• The project team will share input and concerns gathered from the public outreach process and how that information shaped the proposed design. We will also collect feedback from you.

Spring 2024: In-person public meeting

• The third open house will include the final design plan and information to help you prepare for construction.
• Guests can provide feedback and ask questions about the final design plan and construction impacts.

Your feedback will improve the design for the roundabout at CR 112 and Hwy 63 north of Rochester. We anticipate a preliminary design to be ready in December 2023 at the second public open house.
