Business Meeting: Nov. 17, 2025

Construction on the Hwy 14 and Broadway Ave. intersection in Rochester begins in 2027. During construction, the intersection will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Trucks will be routed around the intersection with a truck detour route. Construction will also include a brief full intersection closure with a detour. At this time, all traffic will be detoured.
