Submit Feedback on the Greater Minnesota Transit Plan
The draft Greater Minnesota Transit Plan is now available for public comment!
MnDOT is seeking feedback from transit riders and community members across Greater Minnesota to help refine the plan’s recommendations.
“Transit is a key component of Minnesota’s multimodal transportation system, contributing to the health of people, the environment and the economy,” said Nancy Daubenberger, MnDOT commissioner. “MnDOT strives to make quality public transit systems for citizens across the state. Listening to our stakeholders is part of our mission to provide dependable multimodal transportation systems.”

What’s Next?
MnDOT will collect comments online and will host virtual listening sessions during the public comment period (June 3 – July 20). MnDOT staff will then re-convene with the RIDE Advisory Committee, Transit Advisory Group, and Policy Advisory Committee to present public engagement results and solicit comments. MnDOT will consider feedback from all stakeholders as it prepares the final plan later in 2026.
